Once signed in, every client finds everything that concerns them in one place: saved flights, empty-leg deals, the progress of their requests, their documents, alerts, and personal details.
The overview
As soon as you sign in, you see your saved flights, ongoing requests, documents and unread notifications at a glance. The latest updates and quick links to key pages are within easy reach, along with a direct line to the Takair team.
Good Deals
Empty legs available right now, shown right inside the account — the best one is featured with its full savings, the rest follow just below. A single click sends a request straight to the Takair team.
Saved flights
Any flight bookmarked from the site (heart icon) appears here as a photo card: aircraft, duration, passenger count and price. A single click returns to the full flight page.
Tracking requests
This page explains the 4 stages of a request — from the initial ask to confirmation — then lists flight requests and quote requests separately, each with its current status shown as a coloured marker.
Quotes and invoices
Documents sent by the Takair team are sorted into two separate lists, each with its own icon — quotes on one side, invoices on the other. Clicking “View” opens the full document.
Opening a document
The document appears exactly as it will print or save as a PDF — with the flight details, price, and terms. The client can print it directly from this window.
Notifications and alerts
The client can turn on an email alert for every new empty leg, optionally filtered by departure city. All notifications (availability, quote ready, new empty leg) also appear here, marked read or unread.
Settings: personal details
Name, phone, sign-in email (not directly editable), and a default passenger count to pre-fill future requests faster.
Settings: address and billing
Real address autocomplete (backed by the official French address database) helps fill in the personal address quickly. Company details (name, VAT, SIRET, billing address) can be copied automatically from the personal address with a single checkbox.
For a flight that's already available (no quote to wait for), the client can book it directly from the Explore page.
Browsing available flights
The Explore page lists every flight across the network available over the coming days, with aircraft, timing and price already calculated.
Requesting that exact flight
On a flight's detail page, the “Request this flight” button starts the booking for that exact route.
Confirming the booking
The final summary shows the total price, the details to fill in, and the “Request to book” button. The request then goes to the Takair team, who typically confirm within 2 hours.
For a flight project that doesn't yet exist among the displayed availabilities, the “Request a Quote” form lets the client describe their request to the Takair team.
Describing the trip
The client enters their details, then the desired route (departure, destination, date, passenger count), and can specify an aircraft category or any special requirements.
Sending confirmation
Once sent, the request is recorded both in the database (visible to the Takair team) and by email — the two channels work independently, so a request is never lost.
