Takair operates as a business aviation broker (Air Charter Broker) and acts exclusively as an intermediary between its clients ("Clients") and third-party airlines holding the necessary authorisations ("Operators").
As part of its activity, Takair searches for, selects and arranges private air transport solutions tailored to its Clients' needs, working with certified Operators.
Takair does not operate, own, lease, maintain or control any aircraft. Takair is not an air carrier and does not provide any air transport service in its own name.
Flights offered by Takair are operated exclusively by Operators holding a valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC), along with the licences and insurance required under applicable regulations.
The contract of carriage is entered into exclusively between the Client and the selected Operator. Takair is not a party to that contract of carriage and assumes no liability for its performance.
Accordingly, Takair cannot be held liable for damages, losses, delays, cancellations, denied boarding, injury, accidents, death, or any other event resulting from the operation of the flight or from services provided by the Operator or any other third party involved in the performance of the transport.
Takair's role is limited to the search, negotiation, arrangement and coordination of private air transport services on behalf of its Clients.
Any booking made through Takair is subject to the signature or acceptance of the applicable contractual documents, including these Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as the selected Operator's own contractual terms.
Information published on www.takairjet.net is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a firm offer to contract. Quotes issued by Takair are subject to aircraft availability, Operator confirmation and applicable operational conditions.
Takair reserves the right to decline any booking or service request, in particular where regulatory, compliance, safety or anti-money laundering requirements are not met.
For flights subject to specific regulation, in particular in the United States, services will be arranged in strict compliance with applicable legal provisions, including those relating to air charter brokerage activities where required.
